Our cakes and cupcakes remain beautiful and fresh for up to two or three days. If your event is on a Sunday, your order will be available for collection or delivery on Saturday's or by appointment only on Sunday's.
Absolutely, Sugar Rush Bakery is here to save your day! Place your order by 10:00AM on weekdays, and we’ll deliver your cake or cupcakes by 6:00 PM the same day.
Yes. We are here to make your celebration even more special. Add your gift message and select if you would like to include any other special elements to make your delivery even more special.
Of course. If your order has not yet been dispatched we can increase items to your order. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice before the delivery date so our team can make the necessary adjustments. Feel free to reach out to us via email or phone, and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
After adding your items to the cart, simply click "Check out." You'll find a section for discount codes or gift cards, where you can enter your unique code.
By choosing an assorted gift box to your cart, you'll receive a selection of our delicious flavours of the month. If you'd prefer to customise your order and choose specific flavours, please add each flavour individually to your cart.
Please keep in mind that customising your order will be more expensive than purchasing a pre-selected assorted gift box.
Unfortunately, we do not take orders of any kind via social media DM's..
Delivery
YES!! We are here to make your day even sweeter! Orders must be placed before 10am.
Please note that this is subject to availability on the day ordered.
If we cannot fulfil your order, you will get an email notification or call over the phone.
We deliver across the Perth Metropolitan Region. Check out the post code checker to see if we deliver to your area.
Deliveries regularly take place between Monday to Saturday from 10:00am 6:00pm.
Delays may occasionally occur, due to heavy traffic, road works or the number of deliveries for the day, however we will do our best to deliver close to the time-frame specified.
We are unable to guarantee specific time deliveries for same-day deliveries, as all delivery drivers must follow a specific route to deliver all cakes by the times listed previously.
Please Note: We are unable to prioritise any delivery addresses, under any circumstances. They just need to be placed in a cool space out of the sun until ready to serve.
Please get in touch with us by email or phone as soon as possible so we can discuss what arrangements can be made.
If there is a safe and secure place at the delivery address, our drivers may leave your order there.
You can view proof of delivery, including photos, via the tracking link provided. Kindly note that our drivers are unable to enter apartments, hospital rooms, or residential facilities.
If you’ve already placed your order and received a confirmation email, please contact us at orders@sugarrushbakery.com.au with the updated address within 24 hours.
Our team will do their best to make the changes promptly. Please note that we cannot accept address changes over the phone, and we are unable to make any updates on the day of dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS notification sent to the mobile number provided at checkout. This message will include a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time and see exactly when our driver is on the way.
While we always do our best to deliver within your selected time window, there may be occasions where delays occur due to factors beyond our control—such as traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

The minimum order for delivery is $45, with a delivery fee of starting at $10.00 depending on your location. This is automatically calculated at checkout.
Yes. You can add any delivery notes to the driver via tracking link, which you will receive on the day of your scheduled delivery.
Storage
It is important to keep cupcakes at room temperature (20°C) do not refrigerate them as this will dry out the cake.
We bake our cupcakes fresh every morning, and we recommend that you enjoy them on the day that you purchase them. To preserve freshness, plastic wrap the bakery box or transfer to an airtight container.
Once you receive your cake, please place straight into the fridge. Please bring to room temperature at least 1 hour prior to serving. Consume within 3-5 days once served.
Allergen INformation
Some of our products do contain nuts, however, we do our best to accommodate dietary requirements. If you'd like your order made without nuts, please include "no nuts" in the notes section at checkout, and our team will ensure your order does not contain any nut ingredients.
Please note: While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, all products are baked in the same environment, so traces of nuts may still be present. If the recipient has a severe nut allergy, we recommend not consuming our products for safety reasons.

Please note: While we take great care in preparing our gluten-free items, all products are baked in the same kitchen, so traces of gluten may be present. If you or the recipient has coeliac disease or a severe gluten allergy, we recommend exercising caution.
The majority of our cakes are Halal-friendly. All of our products are free from animal fat and do not contain gelatine. Any items that include alcohol are clearly listed in the individual product descriptions.
We also do our best to use Halal-certified colouring wherever possible. If you have specific dietary requirements, feel free to leave a note at checkout or reach out to our team—we’re always happy to help ensure your order meets your needs.

Our cupcakes come in two sizes:
🧁 Standard Cupcakes – approx. 5cm wide x 6cm high
🧁 Mini Cupcakes – approx. 3.5cm wide x 4cm high (perfect bite-sized treats!)
We offer our cakes in a range of sizes, which vary in height or diameter depending on the design and decorations. All cakes are approximately 4–5 inches tall, not including toppers or decorative elements.
Please note: Not all cakes are available in all sizes. Only the sizes listed in the dropdown menu on each product page are available for that specific cake.

Order Cancellations
To be eligible for a refund:
– Standard orders must be cancelled at least 3 business days before the required date.
– Cakes and custom orders (including edible logo cupcakes) require 5 business days' notice.

Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 12pm (midday), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following available delivery day.

Just send us a quick email about your multi-location order, and our team will send you a form to fill out. From there, we’ll handle the rest!
If you need your order to arrive by a specific time for a corporate function or event, please place your order at least 72 hours in advance. This allows us to coordinate production and delivery to ensure everything arrives on time.
